Can I use it on a tablet during a procedure?
Yes. SedationVault works on any device with an internet connection — computer, tablet, or phone — and is built for quick, one-tap charting chairside.
Does it work for both oral and IV sedation?
Yes. Select the sedation type and SedationVault loads the right record for that procedure. Core covers oral; Plus adds IV; Intelligence adds full compliance tooling.
Does it integrate with my practice management software?
Today you can export a complete PDF record and upload it to Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental, where it stays with the patient's file. Direct integrations are on the roadmap.
How do the provider licenses work?
Every plan includes 2 provider licenses. Practices with more than two providers can add licenses at a discounted rate. Support staff — assistants and front desk — don't need a license.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Records are stored on HIPAA-compliant cloud infrastructure, encrypted, access-controlled, and audit-logged.
