These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Sedate Dentistry’s website and software (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
License & Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sedate Dentistry software for your dental practice.
You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or misuse the software.
You are responsible for all patient data entered into the system.
Subscriptions & Payments
Sedate Dentistry is offered via monthly or yearly subscription.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Service Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed.
Compliance & Liability
Sedate Dentistry supports compliance but does not replace your professional or legal responsibilities.
You remain responsible for ensuring proper patient care and compliance with applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sedate Dentistry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, content, and materials are owned by Sedate Dentistry and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
