iSedate (“we,” “our,” “us” "Sedate Dentistry") Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of iSedate’s website and software (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

License & Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use iSedate software for your dental practice.
You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or misuse the software.
You are responsible for all patient data entered into the system.

Subscriptions & Payments

iSedate's SedationVault subscriptions are offered via monthly or yearly subscription.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Service Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed.

Compliance & Liability

iSedate supports compliance but does not replace your professional or legal responsibilities.

You remain responsible for ensuring proper patient care and compliance with applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSedate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, and materials are owned by iSedate and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
